Miss USA Rachel Smith hit the blacktop during the evening gown portion of Monday night’s Miss Universe Pageant in Mexico City. The largely Mexican crowd made a point of booing and heckling Miss USA for what they view as “unfairness to immigrants” who jump the boarder and sneak into another nation’s country during much of the pageant.
