Once again it would seem that Naomi Campbell’s legendary bad temper has gotten her into trouble.

While visiting Italy, Naomi got angry with photographer Gaetano Di Giovani and hit her in the eye with a handbag, then slapped her, scratching her eyeball.

The photographer issued a statement to the press, saying, “I had just started to photograph her. First she hit me with her bag, screaming at me in English. Then she tried to slap me but I managed to avoid her — but her nails still got my eye. For a few seconds I could not see a thing. I could hear her bodyguards and her boyfriend trying to drag her away. [...] The hospital doctor said that I would need a few days to recover and have to go to an eye specialist. I am thinking about taking Miss Campbell to court.”

You know, sometimes it seems like it’s almost a knee-jerk reaction to drag people into court, but in this case I hope this photographer DOES take her to court. Every time she gets angry she hits people or throws things at people. It’s ridiculous, it’s like she’s a really tall, well-paid toddler having little temper tantrums all the time. It’s absolutely disgusting behavior and she needs to get a grip.

Maybe being sued – again – and having to take court-ordered anger management classes would do her and her big ego a little bit of good.
