A man in a tux is sometimes a man in a tux, but not always. Sometimes a man in a tux is a stand-out. This year at the Emmys, Neil Patrick Harris wins my award for the hottest man on the red carpet. He looked FINE in his tux and made my heart skip a beat or two. Rowr.
