I don’t feel anyone should get engaged to someone who hasn’t been out of a relationship for aleast a year. It takes two strong years to get someone out of your system. When he looks at her he’s not always looking at her he’s thinking of someone else men who do this still be in love with the last long term relationship that they had. So, it can never be geniune.
