Paris Hilton was in Madrid to help launch Keteke.com, and though I have no idea what that has to do with her, you know Paris – she’s never one to pass up a party.

She wore a really cute multi-colored dress in bright colors, I love it. I’m not crazy about her choice to pair it up with silver heels, but the dress is nice enough for me to overlook the shoes.
