Richard Simpson basically spouted off that he thinks Jessica Simpson is fat.

Yeah? If you ask me, I think Richard is actually just praying that Jessica will sign on to promote his workout videos or something. Unfortunately for him, Jessica has told people that she’s happy with the way she looks and that she finally feels healthy after being underweight for so long.
