People magazine has named Rihanna as the best dressed star of 2008, describing her style with terms like “sugar and spice” and a “sophisticated mix of glamorous gowns and funky dresses.” What do you think of her top spot? I don’t always feel like her style is something I would wear myself but she’s definitely very eye-catching and I have always loved Rihanna’s shoes and boots.
