Rihanna: Love It or Hate It?
When I first saw these photos of Rihanna performing in Germany over the weekend, I was immediately drawn to the dress. At first glance, I wasn’t sure if I liked it or not, but now I think that I do. I don’t know who the designer is, but I hope to find out.
