Although Sarah Jessica Parker’s clothing line “Bitten” was well known for being both cute and incredibly affordable for every day people, the apparel chain that housed it, Steve & Barry’s filed for bankruptcy this week. Although it’s not the absolute end for Bitten yet – it could find a new chain to take it over – it definitely shelves the line for the next little while.

I hope SJP will find a new home for her line. A lot of celebrities have great clothing lines but not all of them remember that the average fan can’t afford to spend $300 on one pair of jeans. At least she kept the prices exceptionally low so that everyone could enjoy the clothing.
