Simon Cowell told Glamour (UK edition) that he does indeed get Botox injections. He said:

“To me, Botox is no more unusual than toothpaste. It works, you do it once a year – who cares?”

(He’s comparing something he does once a year to toothpaste? I hope he uses the toothpaste more often!)

Simon probably needs something to hide all the grimacing he ends up doing when he is forced to listen to really bad “singers” perform in their auditions.
