Stella McCartney has been acknowledged has the Top Designer of the Year at last night’s British Fashion Awards in London.  Organized by the British Fashion Council, the annual awards celebrate the best emerging and established fashion talents within the British fashion industry. The awards are decided by a panel of top fashion editors, influencers and retailers, with the committee being chaired by British Vogue editor, Alexandra Shulman.
