Stephanie Seymour realized that her dress was a little on the see-through side so she took some precautions to keep everyone from seeing her nipples.

Unfortunately she forgot that her dress was, you know, a little on the see-through side and instead of wearing a camisole she chose to hide her nipples with enormous stripper-esque pasties.
