Summer Glau of Terminator: The Sarah Conner Chronicles fame posed for some fabulous ballet photos for Tyler Shields‘ book The Dirty Side of Glamour.

It turns out that Summer studied ballet very seriously for years, shooting for professional status until a major ankle injury shelved that. After ballet took a back seat, she moved on to acting.

Looks like she’s still very flexible!
