Because of the fashionista success of Sex and the City, Vivienne Westwood designed copies of the Carrie Bradshaw wedding gown – and sold them out with a bang.

The dress was made of a silk bustier, a corset, and an asymmetrical skirt, and it sold for $9875 each. It was sold through online shopping site Net-A-Porter and it sold out completely the same day it was released. Net-A-Porter has refused to disclose how many were actually sold, but it was a substantial amount and they will be creating more for a waiting list full of fans who want to be just like Carrie Bradshaw themselves.
