E! News is reporting that Project Runway’s Tim Gunn is shooting an appearance as himself in New York City this weekend for a cameo in Sex and The City 2. Other stars said to be making appearances in the film include Miley Cyrus, Liza Minnelli, and Penélope Cruz.

The sexy sequel opens in May 2010.
