Tyra Banks has had a successful modeling career and a hit TV show, but now her life feels empty. According to People, she had this to say:

“I’d go to work and women would be crying in my arms on the talk show. But then I’d go home and put my key in my door and … nothing: no friends, no husband, no children. I feel so full when I’m at work but so empty when I come home.”

Sounds like she needs to cut back on work a bit so she can cultivate a life for herself to enjoy when she clocks out of the office.
