I’ll bet working for Tyra Banks is great experience for your future, but don’t hold your breath for that holiday bonus that most people count on at this time of year. According to Dlisted, instead of giving out a bonus to her staff, she threw them a party where she only stayed a couple of minutes before jetting off to Italy. Before she left, she brought in Santa, who handed out cheeseburgers from McDonalds. Apparently a drunken brawl broke out in the streets later.

Tyra Banks is ridiculously wealthy and the best she can do is supply a bit of booze and Mickey D’s cheeseburgers? Those burgers are a buck or something. Everywhere I ever worked, we were given a great holiday dinner and if the company couldn’t afford a cash bonus we at least got a small gift as a thank you for our year of work. Way to go with being CHEAP, Tyra!
