Former-Spice-Girl-turned-fashion-icon Victoria Beckham is launching her own line of designer shoes and handbags.

After years of modeling for other designers, Posh, 35, wants to start something of her own.

“Victoria is tired of promoting other brands. If she wears Christian Louboutin or Hermes people go and buy it,” a friend of the fashion maven revealed to London’s The Sun Thursday. “She thought, ‘Why can’t I do this with my own line?’

Posh already has dress, eyewear, and denim collections under her VB brand.

“Her VB collection has gone down a storm across the celebrity world. If this is repeated with her line of shoes, the range would be worth an absolute fortune. It is feasible that after David retires she could become the main breadwinner in the Beckham house,” the friend added.
