I’m not sure what to say about Hayden Panettiere in this photo, which was taken after she left the Madonna concert in L.A. While I applaud her courage to wear something so incredibly low-cut, the jewelry looks a little bondage-esque, and the make-up is bordering on the kind of scary cosmetic use we normally see from Christina Aguilera. Tone it down Hayden! you don’t need clown make-up!
